Introduction

Superkons is a Sweden based conscious consumer brand that was found after keen observations of repetitive waste and environmental damages happening from daily use liquid-filled plastic bottles.

Founded by Sreeja and Amruth, two passionate and dedicated individuals from Sweden, Superkons seeks to revolutionize the way we use and dispose of everyday essential products in liquid bottles.

Their innovative approach involves replacing liquid-filled single-use plastic bottles with powdered-form sachets, transforming basic household items into a memorable and sustainable experience.

How it all started

The first call

Two years back Renee dropped a LinkedIn in-mail around Christmas, that she needed to improve her presentation & pitch deck.

They were accepted into a reputed impact accelerator in Sweden but they were still bootstrapping the whole research & development process of the product.

Process

Things started with - Discovery call.

After listening to their wonderful story & asking a few questions during our discovery call.

Their mission to reduce pollution caused by one-time used plastic bottles in home & cleaning essentials was clear, while their determination & passion was contagious.

We were more than excited to be taking on their project into the house FIDLE.

Part 1

Understanding the team :

Sreeja & Amruth were a team of exceptionally driven & hardworking founders who came up with the idea of replacing liquid-filled bottles with super concentrated powdered sachets & one-time refillable wonderfully designed bottles.

While being an automobile engineer in a reputed company in Sweden Sreeja also the CEO of Superkons is a social media influencer on Instagram with a great following.

They self-funded all the research & development for 1.5 years before finally developing the essential formula into a usable form.

As they were managing their full-time day jobs along with the accelerators programme.

We explicitly understood how valuable their time, and resources are and how important this opportunity is for them.

Thus I & Prakhar were very clear that we need to be very efficient with time (meeting schedules) while planning a project for them.

Part 2

Preparing a custom project plan according to the project’s needs & founders’ availability :

Time frame planned for final delivery - 14 days.

4 meetings were scheduled during the development process from our end, other short meetings were to be requested by the founders.
